Daydra 345 Posted July 29, 2013 Anybody use this stuff? It's a Protein supplement that provides 18g protein in a 2 Tbsp dose. Found it on Bariatric Choice and if it's tolerable, it could be a good solution for making sure that I get enough protein. I'm only a week out, and it's taking me an hour or more to get down a single Protein Shake still, so I'm hoping to find some good protein bang for my volume buck at this point.
