Yeah for all of you- but then I'm on the same week and I'm only down 28.... 8 weeks out and only 28? Really I'm so aggravated - I'm doing what the doc said.... He's happy with it but damn!!! Stalled for 3 weeks and I'm going crazy! Ok sorry I'm ranting and should be appreciative for the lose so far.... But I want better results! This is depressing! Have you lost 28 lbs in 8 weeks before without the sleeve? If you have been in a stall you are probably losing inches. Be patient with your self....you are gonna do this....just keep working the plan and know its gonna come off....remember you didn't put the weight on over night and its not gonna come off over night. 28 lbs is awesome!!!
