I had surgery April 3 , i lost 55 lbs , i think it's very slow how some people down 70-80 lbs?

Thank u ladies. I eat Special K Cereal 1-2 meals a day and fruit. I agree I see several people on the site 4 months out and they've lost 100 lbs how is that possible.
