joatsaint 2,814 Posted July 29, 2013 I cut back when I got to the full foods stage - about week 6. I still occasionally drink them - mainly after exercise. But I try to get all my Protein from real foods now. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

able2cope 193 Posted July 29, 2013 I'm 9 month out and am still finding it difficult to handle certain foods - I don't like fish, beef, pork and chicken all hurt me so I'm still on the shakes at times - luckily I've found one that I like and have it with almond milk.
