Marriage falling apart

I am a guy and I had my sleeve done almost 3 momths ago. My wife has been very supportive. We have had our ups and downs like most marriages do. We also have a special needs child so that is hard as well. I have noticed since I have lost a good bit of weight her jealousy has kicked in bad. It drives me crazy. I love her and have no intentions to cheat on her. But I cant get that thew her head. I feel the more I lose the worst she will get. If she does I will have to leave her I just cant deal with it. Time will tell.
