What are some of the things I need to be prepared for during my visit tomorrow? Questions asked????

There really isn't anything to be prepared to answer. There don't seem to be any standard questions. Just be relaxed and honest.

Well I'm back from my visit. I had to answer true or false to about a 400 questionnaire. Then she asked me was I suicidal or homicidal. Do I hear voices in my head. Do I feel like I'm being controlled. What are my health issues. My current weight. What diets have I ever attempted. What have I done to prepare my self for surgery. Do I have a support group. What do I eat for Breakfast lunch and dinner. Where do I work. Who lives in the household. She asked a ton of questions. Glad it's over. Hopefully everything I said clears me to be okay. That questionnaire was a pain...
