I'm 7 weeks post - op and bored with dairy based Protein Shakes. What have you heard about "no sugar added" fruit or vegetable juice in Protein shakes?

I mix mine with soy milk and when I want variety squirt those no-cal Water flavorings in...

My surgeon allowed up to 8 oz of juice during the first 2 weeks of the liquid diet but after that we couldn't drink our calories. I would try some Torani SF syrups. Also, you could try Protein Powder in Crystal Lite or stirred into Greek yogurt. Good in Greek Yogurt with some PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and a little milk to thin it out.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
