SleeveNZ 219 Posted July 28, 2013 Next week it will be my 9 month follow up appointment and stoked to be 2lbs from first goal to be within a normal weight! SW 276lbs CW 170lbs. Size 14 to a Size 6. I am very fortunate that everything has been super easy for me and have not had any stalls yet. The key for me is to keep calorie intake high as I am fairly active. I find I dont lose as much if I go below 800cal. I currently am getting a few concerned comments about how I have lost too much or that I have an eating disorder which my surgeon warned me about. Its just funny that you can't win either way! Good luck to all those pre-oppers out there, truely best decision ive made 8 Lori228, CaseyLopez2013, Ballermom and 5 others reacted to this

SleeveNZ 219 Posted July 28, 2013 Tips? You look great' date=' way to go![/quote'] Strength train, strength train, strength train. Its worth the investment in a trainer a couple of times a week as it helps heaps with not only skin tightening but also building muscle which burns more calories. Its changed the whole shape of my body too. Other than that - just enjoy the ride and dont sweat over the small stuff like how much or how little you have lost (especially the first 3 months) as there is little you can do!
