Annointediam 17 Posted July 28, 2013 I have been at a stand still for over 5 months. I am scared my body won't lose anymore. I am not at my goal weight I still exercise daily, I have not gained any weight but have not dropped any. I tried the liquid diet for 3days to put my body in shock I lost a pound but then the next week I was right back at my stall weight. What can I do to get my body a jump start. I want to lose 15 more pds? I am also coming up on my year anniversary I wanted to be my goal weight by then!!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
