Sleeved June 21 down 30 lbs the key I found for me is exercise can't do without it :) biking, walking everyday and pounds coming off faster !!

I think you are right about the exercise...I think that is why I am a slow loser--because I just don't have the energy to do much exercise

Once you start you get energy just start out with a small walk trust me I didn't want to do anything either but realized I wanted to see more wt loss results :) we went through a surgery for this but we still have to work at it and use it only as a tool !! Good luck get up and go!!!!!
