fibrocystic breast changes

I'm 8 months post op, and for the last 3 weeks my boobs hurt soo much.. I went to the doctor today and she told me I have fibrocystic breast, bc of all the weight I lost, and my boobs went down a lot in size.. has anyone else gone through this so far? If so, is there anything you did for the pain?

I have been diagnosed with that too, but I have not been sleeved yet. I have had it for 6 years now and I haven't found anything that really works except naproxin. Good luck, it really gets bad about a week before that time of the month... heating pad helps

Caffeine can cause more pain with fibrocystic breasts. Eliminate it and it might reduce the inflammation that is causing you discomfort.

Thanks u guys, I've been reading about it and I read the part about caffeine, I'm gna have to try bc I love coffee so much, it's going to be hard.. and it almost makes sexy time a bit awkward and uncomfortable! :-(
