Cheer Mama 166 Posted July 27, 2013 I'm almost 2 months out. I just wanted to share what I've done in the last couple of days. I've been struggling to get in my Protein and make food for my family. One thing I have done is to make my barbecue chicken into shredded chicken by placing it into a food processor and shredding it. This way they can have the shredded chicken sandwich and I can enjoy some of it also. Then today I made sloppy joes with turkey. I took out a portion of the mixture for me and then added unflavored protein to it. This is really helpful since I am WAAAAAY behind in my protein today. 2 gmanbat and Pixie Dust reacted to this
gmanbat 5,889 Posted July 27, 2013 Good thinking! I like to work the unflavored Protein into a bowl of Cereal. Any way of getting it in and keeping it down is cool. 1 Cheer Mama reacted to this
jessicazares 3 Posted July 27, 2013 Just a suggestion, use vanilla flavored Protein Shake as milk with ur cereal. I drink the Premier Protein shakes. They definitely aren't bad cuz my 11 and 4 yr old drink them 2 gmanbat and Cheer Mama reacted to this
