ladybug112000 114 Posted July 26, 2013 My two week liquid diet starts tomorrow! I'm so excited but nervous too. I know I can do this but a little support sure wouldn't hurt. Also, what did everyone pack in their hospital bag? I don't want to forget anything!!!
gmanbat 5,889 Posted July 26, 2013 I just took myself in, my Cpap machine for apnea,(no longer needed), and my blood pressure meds,(also no longer needed). We only lived 4 blocks from the hospital so wife would go get anything I needed.

Shells_Almost_There 357 Posted July 27, 2013 I've scoured the suggestions list and found these additions to above items: GasX strips for post-op gas pains, ear plugs (loud hospital), small pillow, warm socks, and a heating pad. Oh and someone mentioned sugar-free cough drops and gum for the dry mouth/sore throat after surgery. Good luck! 1 ladybug112000 reacted to this
