Imjustmee 44 Posted July 26, 2013 I was in Walmart and they have a couple new Atkins frozen dinners. The one I snatched up was the Pasta one. Has anyone else tried it?
Flup 48 Posted July 26, 2013 I've seen them, but I haven't tried one yet.... did you eat it? How did it taste?
Imjustmee 44 Posted July 26, 2013 I've had the 2 Breakfast bowls, the beef merlot, and crust less chicken pot pie. They are small and not that much food in them which for a normal person would suck but for us it's actually perfect. Still can't finish one off at one time. Imjustmee 44 Posted July 26, 2013 I've been wanting Pasta since I was sleeved a year ago but the carbs are insane. The fact this only has 7 net carbs made me buy 7 of them lol.
jograves 2 Posted July 26, 2013 I have tried a lot of them. I think they're pretty tasty - and I don't have much time to cook so it's nice. I divide them in half and make 2 meals out of them.
Takingcontrol 467 Posted July 26, 2013 Anything Atkins has to be yummy!! I take these for work, one lasts 2 meals & their always yummy!!
Tiny One 223 Posted July 27, 2013 While they may e convenient, doc told me that those frozen meals has too much sodium. I was pretty bummed about that because I loved the lean cuisines lunches.
SarahBeth1217 19 Posted July 30, 2013 For those of you that like convenience, look into companies that make fresh, healthy meals. I live in Austin, TX and we have a place called "My Fit Foods." They taste really good (way better than Lean Cuisine) and my NUT said they are a good option for convenient eating. I know they have locations in several other cities in Texas and a few other states. I'm sure other cities have similar places. Google it!

Imjustmee 44 Posted July 30, 2013 It wasn't insanely high in sodium. Ate it yesterday.there were maybe 6 noodles in the whole thing. Satisfied the craving very well though.

Love the beef merlot. A little salty. Not a fan if mushrooms so haven't tried the meatloaf lol.
