miangr 11 Posted July 25, 2013 I haven't lost weight in almost 3 weeks. I'm barely 4 in a half weeks out and I'm getting afraid that what I lost will be all that ill loose. It's hard to see the future of something finally working when you've tried over and over . Is there any time where ppl just don't lose at all? I'm not eating terrible either and just started at the gym.
Fariethin 63 Posted July 25, 2013 http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html How much have you lost so far? Everybody is different and your body needs to adjust. Make sure you are eating enough Protein, around 80-90 grams, try and keep your carbs under 50 ( I do under 30) and make sure you get min of 64 oz of Water. This happened to me as we'll. I am just a slow loser 41 lbs since March 1st. 220 start and 179 now. Your starting weight, height, age and metabolism all play a part. Just hang in there and relax and it will start coming off again.
MIJourney 490 Posted July 25, 2013 You dropped 34 lbs the 1st couple of weeks? That's huge!! Keep on track and the scale will move again soon. Body needs time to catch up! 1 Mayfly reacted to this
Nuchnuch 120 Posted July 25, 2013 I know that it is frustrating when you hit a stall, especially if you have diet so much, like must of us have. You feel like.."here it goes again", but your body will adjust, make sure you are following your doctor's instructions, get in your Protein and Water and the scale will move again! You are doing great!!!
