Frothing post op

I remember reading about possible frothing after post op....spitting up some white frothy stuff....is this something that only happens to baby sleevers? Or is this something that can happen farther along in the sleeved life?

I'm 9 months post op and if I eat too fast or eat one bite too many, I still get the foamies.
