Has anyone took Biotin before and did you see a difference in your Hair growth? i'm 4 months out and just started taking it today because my hair is falling out like crazy I cried this morning.

Mine was falling out mos 3-5. Nothng stopped it, but i took Biotin and i think it helped grow new hairs. Good luck.

Take Fish Oil. The pre and post op diets don't contain enough good fats, that's why your hair falls out. Coromega is fish oil in a gel pack, orange flavored. Avail at GNC or online.

Also Revita Shampoo and conditioner will help your hair grow. Avail on Amazon. Expensive, but worth it.
