src8556 3 Posted July 23, 2013 I think you are doing a good job. i was sleeved the week after you 01/31/13. I am down 44.2 lbs. since surgery, 61.7 total. I am 5'5" and 56 (almost 57) years old. I hear your frustration and I am there with you. I thought I would lose quicker than I am. You know the saying though, we didn't gain it overnight and we aren't going to lose it overnight either. I keep saying to myself keep on plugging, you will get there. 2 Success2013 and TES reacted to this
mariamitani 405 Posted July 23, 2013 You are doing great!Congratulations on the loss. The closer you are to goal the harder to get the pounds to come off I also have about 30 something pounds to go and it is difficult lately to lose more than a pound a week. Just stick to the basics 70 Protein, 64 Water , exercise and it will be gone eventually 1 Success2013 reacted to this
sheilarae 84 Posted July 23, 2013 I'm not losing very fast either. Lost 15 before surgery and 7 in the 2 months after. I'm only eating about 600 cal a day. Drink lots of Water and walk 1mile every other day. I will walk more as my arthritis and fibro will allow. 1 Success2013 reacted to this
