1-2 lbs consistently?

I'm 8 mons post op & have lost 64 lbs as of 7/22. If I do the calculations correctly, I've actually lost an average of 2 lbs per week since I started this journey. Of course immediately after surgery I dropped 25, and may have slow down a little. But on average it's 2 lbs per week as predicted by m doctor. No disappointed one bit.

My surgeon told me 1-2 pounds a week would be the ideal loss at my stage. I got sleeved 5/22. So be happy--you're right on track!

Thanks everyone!! I am very satisfied with my rate just needed to hear it was common and should continue for a while. Glad to get the responses that i have!
