No game 14,437 Posted July 23, 2013 I put chicken on my salad! You can do some roasted chicken skinless so you get your Protein. Tons of lettuce and if you want dressing.. My NUT said she uses the plain greek yogurt mixed with a vinigraitte I think rasberry! I've been getting full alot faster taking her advice to chew my food really good!
