I keep getting this question and to be honest I have no Idea, I don't have any secrets. I simply workout constantly.

Well I feel like I get "checked out" more but seems like women are more timid to talk to me than before. It's frustrating because that's why I spend so much time in the gym!!!

Ditto.. I get lots of attention sometimes unwanted but I don't get approached as much as I used too.. I'm unapproachable now I don't get it lol..
