I'll know tomorrow…bought a box of Fiber one today to help with my business. I'm 7 weeks out and not having trouble with much so my fingers are crossed. I'm not going to use it as a meal necessarily as not enough Protein.< /p>

I get to start hot cereals, like Cream of Wheat, next week. I am looking forward to getting off Clear Liquids. I was sleeved July 17.

I've been able to eat cold cereal since week 6 and oatmeal since week 3 (10 weeks now). Special K has a High Protein version that is great and 10 grams of protein per serving.
