Whats the best brand of Biotin? How much should i take a day? Im over 3 months post op and noticed a little hair shedding.

I started talking natures bounty before surgery and now after my surgery .. Biotin 5000mcg twice a day ... Its a real tiny pill I haven't lost any hair yet ... It's only been 11days post op !!! So I figured I'll nip it in the butt

How much Protein are you taking in? That should help if you increase your protein.. Biotin 5000 should be ok... It just gave me headaches so I stopped taking it!
