Hello everyone...i am almost 3 weeks out..I was wondering if anyone is using hemp based Protein? Made by nutiva. It also is hi-fiber. I do have the whey, i would just like to try something different. I'm a total newbie to this site, and so far I love the positive vibes.....:) peace & love

I'll be interested in reading the responses to this question. Hemp is allegedly one of the highest Protein foods.

Kaj...I have used it before my surgery..its awesome!!! Yes, extremely healthy!!! I would love to continue..I will have to call and find out, I will let everyone know!! :)
