Evolving 973 Posted July 20, 2013 2 servings- maybe 1 if your farther out or can eat more- about 2.5 oz for half 1 egg 1/2 cup of almond flour 1/8 cup Water 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of olive oil Cook as u would pancakes in a skillet, etc!! Yummy!! I used 2 tbsp of maple Syrup on top! (I Luved them! My wifey... Not so much - she thought it was too 'grainy'-- I thought it was great pancakes and it was all protein)!!
