Sliming: Ate Too Much?...or Ate Too Fast?

....Or is it both that can cause it?? I'm 3 months out, and have mouthfuls of 'thick' saliva come back up shortly after meals sometimes. Grossness. I feel fine, but it's just an unsettling experience. Why does it happen? Is it a sign of doing damage to your sleeve?

That has happened to me when I ate too much. It didn't take more than a couple of those episodes before I learned to never eat too much. I can eat fast with no repercussions.

Thanks notime. I think I must've just been 'checked-out' or something while I was eating. Definitely ate too fast and didn't chew well enough. Lesson learned!
