kiwi63 22 Posted July 19, 2013 I really despise the taste of Protein powders. I've tried several brands and they all smell and taste like formula. We can't get Isopure in Canada and I've really been struggling with protein intake so I've started to make my own. It's around 370 calories but it makes a lot and has 23g+ of protein and lots of fibre. 1/3 cup oatmeal (I grind it to powder in food processor and soak overnight in the milk) 1 1/2 cups skim milk 50g Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup frozen fruit 2tbsp ground flaxseed Blast it in the blender and drink it all day. I only use a little yogurt because I don't like it. That and my allergy to cheese are the main reasons I'm struggling with protein. I find that it's sweet enough as is but you could add some stevia, honey or agave if needed. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
