Rachel 28 Posted July 19, 2013 I've recently figured out that I'm lactose intolerant. I'm 11 days post op and am currently on full liquids. The Protein Shakes are making me sick. It's not as bad now that I've stopped using skim milk and started using almond milk instead, but it still makes me a little sick. I think the problem might be the powders that I'm using. I currently use Pure Protein and EAS. Does anyone have any suggestions for protein powders that I can use? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
