Linkinchik 40 Posted July 18, 2013 The stitch finally popped! Yay I'm 31 days post-op, and the stitch in my muscle on my right side has finally popped...at least I think that's what it was. Anyway, the point of all this is: No more pain! Woohoo! 6 JerseyGirl68, TES, ShelPrice and 3 others reacted to this

Could this be similar to yours, but earlier?! 1 Linkinchik reacted to this

I'm 4 weeks post-op, so it might not be the same thing you had as your stitches aren't healed yet.
Kami63 215 Posted July 21, 2013 Can you describe this feeling?! I'm only 5 days PO And felt like a bubble popped on my right side with a warm running sensation?! Could this be similar to yours, but earlier?! Mine popped Wed at about 3 weeks PO. I was in the motion of sitting down and I felt a pinch then all of the pressure release and actually heard a loud pop. It was awesome because I was still having to put he heating pad on it a night. After that I did not have any more pain. I was sore there for a couple of days but now when I sit, walk, bend over or anything else I don't have pain
NoneYa 380 Posted July 21, 2013 That's great! I was hoping it wouldn't take that long. A month is a long time to feel the burning, pinching pain. At least there is an end to it in sight.
