I got my date feeling overwhelmed

My surgery date is August 6th.. I'm starting to feel overwhelmed. I feel like I have so much to remember and to do before and after surgery. Hope I remember to do it.. getting nervous about my life changing decision. Any suggestions on calming my nerves.

I just got my date too, last week. It starts to subside. at first you get really overwhelmed and think "what am I doing??"

for me, one day... everything just clicked. I said to myself "by this time next year, my entire life will change. I will no longer be a prisoner in my body and my own mind, I will take control of my life and start living again. this is only the beginning of my journey. Its time to take my life back!"

that worked for me and now I'm still a little freaked out but very excited. when is your date?

I'm aug the 6 th and I'm feeling scared to death !! It hits me all at once then gets better then hits me again .. Think this is normal from what I have read on here ..
