Height: 5'6.5"

My original weight: 247

Surgery weight: 228

One Week Post-Op: 214

Two Weeks Post-Op: 208

Three Weeks Post-Op: 210

Four Weeks Post-Op: 208

I have hit a two week stall, and I know I'm a slow loser, but I am very happy with my 20 pound weight loss in one month. I could have NEVER done that on my own. eDespite my stall, I must say that inches continue to come off. I attribute the stall to my body storing Fluid once again into itself, and other body "fluids" (lol!).

I'm having a very similar experience as well. At just 3 1/2 weeks Post-Op, I've hit a stall in actual weight loss.

Pre-Op Weight (6/24/13) 298 lbs

Week 1 (7/1/13) 294.5 lbs

Week 2 (7/8/13) 289.5 lbs

Week 3 (7/15/13) 287.5 lbs

However, my clothes are definitely fitting differently. I haven't been measuring to see about inches, but think I will start doing that to keep myself encouraged.

Nutritionally, I've fluctuated some, but not significantly.

Avg Daily Calories 500

Avg Daily Protein 38

Avg Daily Carbs 45

I'm using My Fitness Pal to monitor EVERYTHING I'm ingesting, weigh ins, and the little exercise I'm able to do.

I'm trying not to get too distressed about the lack of weight loss and I want to get down to only weighing in once per week. Curiosity seems to get the best of me though!

I'll be exactly four weeks post-op tomorrow. I have lost 42 lbs since the surgery but am experiencing my first stall. My weight has fluctuated between 390-392 for the last five days. But, I am introducing cottage cheese, poached eggs and tofu into my diet and figure my body is still learning to digest these items. I'm sure the weight loss will resume soon enough.

My doctor tells his pts to get 60-75 grams of Protein and 30-50 of carbs... Maybe if you increase the protein, you'll burn more... ??

I average about 500 calories as well, however Protein is extremely hard to get in. It's easier to get it in via the liquid Proteins (don't really have problems getting that in like others). I know my body is adjusting, but I know the math will catch up and I'll lose. I've been exercising as well: 3 miles a day and I just started weight training. I work hard to get extra calories in on those days.

Good luck to everyone!

I've hit my 4 week stall. I guess it can last up to 2 weeks. My scale hasn't changed in a week. Just keep following the rule!
