nnegrete329 40 Posted July 17, 2013 I was just wondering if anybody else had to see a trainer for six moths aside from seeing the nutritionist. My insurance is requiring and my doctors office has a trainer that does 30 minute appointments for the six months complimentary. The trainer seems to be a bit pushy on my signing up for 2 x per week for 240 a month. I did the math and its almost half the cost of my out of pocket costs. Just wondering what kind of experiences you guys have had.
mark! 449 Posted July 17, 2013 I wish, then I could just put all of my trainers and coaches through my insurance and only pay a deductible, ha. I didn't have to have a trainer, just the supervised diet. 1 nnegrete329 reacted to this
nnegrete329 40 Posted July 17, 2013 That's the thing. It's not even covered by the insurance!
RebecaSparkles 247 Posted July 17, 2013 Sounds like ur dr's office is running a little side business. I think that u should call ur insurance & clarify if its an insurance requirement or an dr's requirement. Then push back. Flat out tell them your not interested & to stop asking u. allons-y 1 nnegrete329 reacted to this
