Lannie2202 25 Posted July 18, 2013 I'm not as far out, but could you substitute a meal or two with Protein Shakes? When I had a small stall it worked for me....
Diva76 9 Posted July 25, 2013 UGH! I feel your pain. I had my sleeve in Feb and I started becoming more active in the last month and a half. I watch what I eat and drink most of the Fluid intake. I have had a stall for three weeks as well. I say my dr and the nutriritionist on Monday and I was told beause I am more active now that I should increase my Protein. I hope this helps so far no loss. I do fluxuate three lbs up and down and this is making me very depressed like I am failing at another "diet" UGH!

PhatGirl2499 20 Posted July 25, 2013 You answered your own question! Replace your drinking with working out on the weekends, you'll meet your goal!
Cait12 52 Posted July 26, 2013 I had a stall that lasted 3 weeks and it was frustrating. Part of it was that I made some bad food decisions. But to break it, I went back to basics and ate like I did on my pre-op diet and drank more Protein Shakes and Water. And once it ended, I started losing again quickly- 10 pounds in 8 days! Hope it ends soon!
