megansmommy123 57 Posted July 17, 2013 They look good, going to try making them tomorrow. I am desperate for anything bread-like. Has anyone tried making these? http://www.food.com/recipe/cleochatras-oopsie-rolls-292261
dork 114 Posted July 17, 2013 Thanks for sharing that recipe. My friend who lost over 100 pounds without the surgery posted that a year or so ago and I was looking for it. She said she ate those when she needed a little something sweet.
healthynow 3 Posted July 18, 2013 What are oopsie rolls?
CCRNonherway 78 Posted July 18, 2013 I made them the other day. They are delicious but very filling. The key to success is to make sure you whip the egg whites enough until very stiff! I am 3 weeks post op and I struggle with them as they are a bit dry for me yet. I did have one with egg salad which was great. But tonight with turkey I got the foamies.
