I have been obsessively waiting for my Bodymedia to arrive. It finally came today. I was so excited to set it up I opened the box while walking home from the mailbox! As I'm trying to set it up the armband snaps!!! Sad. I emailed the company and within 5 minutes I get a reply. They are overnighting TWO armbands AND giving me an extra month of free subscription which makes 4 free months! Wow! I just had to share!
