I'm in need of some food ideas. I'm drinking two-three shakes a day and need something else in between. I've eliminated fruit and Peanut Butter. I've tried yogurt and hummus. Any other suggestions? Snacks, meals etc thanks in advance.

A go-to for me is cheese sticks, I always have some at home and in the office refrigerator. Greek yogurt is also a great source of Protein.< /p>

cottage cheese (can bulk with unflavored protein), yogurt, tuna, canned chicken...

tuna salad made with light mayo is yummy and nice to have not sweet. I enjoy Soup too.
