So I talked to my dietician today and told her I've thrown up every Protein Shake I've had aside muscle milk and a little Special K Protein, but these don't have the big doses of protein in them like the whey does, so I asked for a good idea for unflavored protein (I ordered some online should be here tomorrow) besides just sprinkling it on what ever I'm eating and she said get some fat free milk, some sugar free Syrup, make chocolate milk and put your protein in it!! She said depending on the quality and brand of the protein it could taste grainy but its better than a full fledged shake. Also I know I may have a milk intolerance but ill cross that bridge when I come to it! There's plenty of other options for milk!!! I just thought I'd share that with everyone because I've been so upset about all the money I've wasted on protein and how sick it's made me!!

Anyone's else's dietitians lenient like this? Or should I say forgiving? Idk I guess Sugar Free Chocolate syrup isn't healthy for you obviously but it's certainly not a 12 pack of mt dew a day.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
