latina71 3 Posted July 16, 2013 It's been a journey. . Recovery is slow.. feel a lil dizzy sometimes but Its because low food intake. . And I know this is normal. . My foods that help me. . Have been. . String cheese. . Jello. . Yougurt. . Broths. .tuna ceviche style. . Chew. Chew chew. .peanut butter w crackers..protein shakes..applesauce. .all liquids..spenda works..good for sweet ness.. But everyday feeling better. .. thank you Lord!!
