Eating clean-ish

I try to eat clean and get bored with my selection because I'm NOT good at putting the stuff together to make something yummy and relatively low carb.

Can you give me examples of what you eat or what you might have in a day of clean eating please? I've let processed foods slip back in and I'm feeling crummy because if it.
