Derailing! Help!

Recommended Posts

Do you have a crockpot? One thing I make now that I know will work post-op is pork roast with potatoes and carrots. You can make it in the oven too. Throw pork roast in with 5 chicken bouillon cubes. Peel and cube potatoes and peel and cut carrots into chunks. cover with Water. Put lid on. Cook 4-6 hours in crockpot or probably 1.5-2 hours in oven. Sprinkle your serving with onion powder and pepper. Easy and yummy!

Fact? I find dieting boring. I don't want to eat the same thing every day. I hate exercise. I don't care if it's good for me' date=' I don't like it.

Clk I love when you reply to any post on vst! The post above gave me a huge smile. :D

Thanks for telling me about about your journey. I'm thankful that "derailing" for a sleever is not like derailing pre sleeve. I'm back on track today and unfortunately for now, I'm hanging the running hat up. I think it's also the heat and humidity making that too hard for me.

I called my doc and left a message that I'm ready for the and depressants. He had told me pre sleeve that I'd probably need it. I have a history of depression and now that the honeymoon (yes and faster weight loss) is over, I'm definitely feeling it again. I am excited to feel better. He's putting me on Pristique, which I've never tried before.

Well here's to a new day, healthy eating choices and peace with myself if I need a break in exercise. I won't take more than two days.

I <3 all if you and from the bottom of my heart, I'm thankful to all who reached out.

I hope you get that pep back in your step. I think you will. Now that its super hot and humid maybe you can hang up your running shoes in exchange for your swimmers cap?

Well, I really like biking. Not quite as cool as swimming and doesn't burn quite as much but it's fun. :) there's more of a breeze on you when you ride than when running. :)

Those recipes are great! I want the spring rolls w mango ginger dipping sauce NAO!!! Lol

I can't seem to see clearly. I think it's definitely time for anti-depressants.

I avoided posting in this thread as I feel bad for hijacking your other one. I did want you to know that this thread inspired me to finally go to my doctor and ask for antidepressants. As soon as Aetna gets the stick out of their butts I'll be able to start taking them. Thank you Amy, and I wish you best of the best in getting your groove back.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
