chinamama 104 Posted July 15, 2013 It will get better. I drink pretty darn fast these days, 11 weeks out.
bradycone 94 Posted July 15, 2013 Hang in there! It does get better. I am 10 weeks out, and can chug over half a glass of Water, then 5 minutes later I finish off the other half. Just make sure that you're constantly sipping whenever you're awake. 1 TES reacted to this
VSGJourneyGrandma 19 Posted July 15, 2013 I am in the same boat that you are - It is good to see that we will be able to drink larger drinks of Water in the not so distant future.

teacher 36 Posted July 15, 2013 I had my surgery a month ago. I have always been a big Water drinker. The chugging thing is a problem for me too. I never feel like a get enough water with this sipping thing. Another thing I find difficult is the not drinking while eating. My husband was always amazed at how many time I would get my water glassed filled up when we went out to eat. I too am glad to hear that I will be able to drink more with time. Richard Foor 655 Posted July 15, 2013 Like the others have said with time you will be able to chug again. I am 7 months out and drink at least 120 oz a day, and more important to your question at times I do chug my Water. Good Luck, enjoy the journey it's not always easy but it gets better as time goes by. 1 TES reacted to this
