Arts137 1,811 Posted July 15, 2013 I use small plates, bowls, and a baby spoon (so cute)... Anything to help! 1 JerseyGirl68 reacted to this
TES 858 Posted July 15, 2013 I use little ramekins, a couple of wide-mouthed shallow mugs (for food), and saucers from tea plates. I use the smallest spoons and salad forks from my silverware set, but I never used the baby silverware and didn't find that I needed it.

clk 3,519 Posted July 22, 2013 It worked for me at first. Sometimes I'll still grab a bread plate if we're having a meal that I won't eat much of. I find that I still, after three years, fill the plate too much and end up wasting food when I'm not measuring or using a small plate. I spent years and years filling big dinner plates until there was no empty space left. That's a hard habit to break. ~Cheri
teacher 36 Posted July 22, 2013 I use a dinner plate, fill it way too much and then end up handing what I can't eat to my husband. 1 VivaDiva01 reacted to this
