Beach Lover 1,084 Posted July 15, 2013 Go back to your liquid diet for at least a week but eat a lean piece of meat with some steamed vegetables or a salad with it for dinner. Nothing else. You probably need to to get away from the carbs and how they draw you in to eat more. I think this will help you to end the cravings for those bad boys! When you can't eat the carbs and you have cleared yourself of them then the other foods start looking really good and you switch over. We all have our demons and they come out to taunt all of us at some point or another. The good part is you recognized and admitted to yourself what is happening. You have the strength to do this!!
