Today I have managed to get in 40 grams of Protein from my morning shake and the rest from food!!!!!!! I am thrilled and hopeful that I can keep it up so I don't have to suffer through 2 or 3 shakes a day. It was also easier to drink today. Hallelujah , there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Keep the faith!

Yeah! I was SO happy when I was able to skip the shakes as well! Some days I just don't get in my Protein with food and still need a shake, mostly on the weekends when I am busy running around and not able to devote my every waking moment to eating and drinking, but I am down to 1-2 shakes a week now, and I feel much better, especially since the shakes make me constipated. My body definitely likes real food!

How far our are you? I will be so happy with 1 or 2 per week, but right now I will Celebrate 1 per day!
