nagem 73 Posted July 14, 2013 Has anyone had any luck with having very minimal loose skin ? and what are recommendations ? I know working out , I have a free gym membership from working there so I plan on it once I get the OK with my doctor . I don't even know what exercises to do though lol ill have to research . And do you think since I'm only about to be 19 it will be easier to tighten up ? I'm so nervous about it lol . 1 Teddai12 reacted to this
jensjoy28 351 Posted July 14, 2013 Yes, I think age will definitely be on your side of the loose skin battle. My doc says that *most* people who have less than 100 to lose can do so w/o much loose skin... As for exercising, I say lean more towards toning exercises with some cardio...you can find all kinds if great exercises that use your own body weight as resistance...no fancy machinery necessary :-)
MIJourney 490 Posted July 14, 2013 Agree your age will be a big factor with your skin, Young skin has much more elasticity. Lucky you

But to be at a "healthy" weight for my short self I need to lose 140 .
