colcol 128 Posted July 14, 2013 Yesterday I walked the Brooklyn Bridge and I had some of my Protein Shake before we left and I drank Water all the way. I started to feel a little shaky I realized I needed sugar so I got fresh fruit cup ate it I felt much better even though I'm on purée then got home and ate applesauce felt good after that I realized I was depleting all my electrolytes from sweating and drinking plain water Sent from my iPhone using VST Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
