Yesterday I walked the Brooklyn Bridge and I had some of my Protein Shake before we left and I drank Water all the way. I started to feel a little shaky I realized I needed sugar so I got fresh fruit cup ate it I felt much better :) even though I'm on purée then got home and ate applesauce felt good after that I realized I was depleting all my electrolytes from sweating and drinking plain water :(

Get some G2 Gatorade and mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with water...It will really help with hydration, and you will get your Water in as well......I can only stand the orange...But you may like the others as well..... :)
