I say double check with your nut. Mine said it was ok as is, but ive seen others that said their nut told them to strain it until they get to the soft foods stage.

I had egg drop Soup at 4 weeks out. You just have to watch out with the high sodium content and be sure to get your Water in. It sure was a delicious change!
