JessicaDiane1021 147 Posted July 13, 2013 I ate like a handful of baked chips today. 130 calories for the bag. But now I feel like crap for allowing myself to eat them :/
djbwilson 37 Posted July 13, 2013 OK..but the good part..they were baked and you ate only a handful!! But be careful..if you start the "slider" foods, they may be a vicious cycle!! There are things I crave, ice cream, chocolate...but have not had a bite if them. I am 17 weeks out, almost at goal, and SO AFRAID I will fall back into old habits..be careful! Depends on how strong you are..i am weak, and know I can fall back so easily! Like my Doc says, a regular milkshake goes down as easy as a Protein shake! It's all about the decisions..do I sound scared? I am...for all of us..the surgery is just the tool, we still have to make good decisions..ugh! 2 JessicaDiane1021 and Momonanomo reacted to this
JessicaDiane1021 147 Posted July 13, 2013 Yeah I don't feel like I will. I'm almost 4 months out and follow my dr guidelines to the T!! I'm down 79 pounds and don't plan on eating bad things again. Lol I'm to scared to eat sweets. 1 djbwilson reacted to this
JeffA70 200 Posted July 14, 2013 You're human. Being flawed is a product feature, not a bug. Good that you know you shouldn't have had the chips. Could have been worse. Don't dwell on it, do an extra 10 minute run / walk / workout as pennance for your mind, and move on. The only easy day was yesterday.
