Denn 66 Posted July 13, 2013 Wow!! That is beyond wonderful!! So happy for you! What's your secret?? Lol. I've never been asked that!! I just follow what my doctor said. I have a hard time eating but push to have 800 calories a day which hardly happens. I drink a Protein shake almost every morning. I eat Proteins and veggies and portion out all my food two days at a time. Everything eat gets counted and input into the Lose It app and I wear a fit bit. I try to hit at least 10,000 steps a day but usually go for more. I don't eat carbs such as rice, bread, or Pasta and avoid sliders like the plague. I finally stated working out and am using Couch to 5K app. It's hard but I'm trying. I listen to inspirational music and talks and write down positive letters to myself. Finally I am seeing a counselor and have asked friends and family to be there for me. Being vulnerable isn't bad- it's human!!! I still have a long long way to go. Just felt inspired to share since I'm at the same weight I was when I was 16 and I'm 31 now!!! BTW - I ask for tips and any ones advice and sift them for me :-)

I started walking half hour at a time two days after surgery. But I took it slow. Now I can do about 45 minutes or walking and jogging on the treadmill. U will do great!!!
